The Hampton Park Neighborhood Association of Athens (HPNAA) exists to maintain and improve our wonderful neighborhood. Residents pay an annual maintenance charge of $100 per household. These funds are used to provide 2 entrance lights, regular landscaping maintenance of the entrance and several common areas, property taxes for the entrance land, secretary of state fees, a neighborhood website, post office box, banking and processing fees.
We also maintain communities on Facebook and Nextdoor that help our residents stay connected and share important information.
We need the support of all residents to help maintain our neighborhood.
